My own personal journey through frustrating digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, stubborn weight, and difficult PMS symptoms really sparked my interest in understanding our bodies more deeply. For the past ten years, I’ve dedicated myself to intensely studying gut health, hormones, holistic nutrition, and practical strategies for overall well-being. Through this, I didn’t just heal myself and support my own loved ones; I’ve had the immense privilege of empowering countless women – to truly understand their bodies, helping them uncover their happiest, healthiest selves.
